Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping labels in the event that they wish to exchange their purchase. We recommend that customers carefully review our sizing charts and product descriptions before placing an order to ensure that they select the correct size and item. If a customer needs to exchange an item, they must contact us within 30 days of receiving their purchase and obtain a return authorization. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, as well as the cost of shipping the new item to them. We will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages during the exchange process.
